  Villas du Soleil - Le Jardin de Fleur boasts an idyllic location just minutes from the beach and within close distance of one of the three golf courses. The resort will have a large lagoon style swimming pool, tennis and padel courts and plenty of leisure activities for children and adults to enjoy. The clubhouse in Villas du Soleil will offer a restaurant, bar and café as well as 24 hour reception and security. A Hotel Operator will be appointed to manage the clubhouses and touristic rentals in all Le Jardin de Fleur resorts. Owners receive a club card allowing free membership and access to the amenities of all of the other resorts within the Le Jardin de Fleur group. Each of the 11 resorts features superb amenities including golf courses, sports facilities, swimming pools, integrated club houses, cafes, restaurants and entertainment areas. Restaurant bookings can be made at the clubhouse reception and the club card will also provide owners and guests with discounts on various activities within Mediterrania Saïdia such as golf, sailing and shopping (subject to the operator’s terms and conditions).
Villa prices range from £288,005 (€386,264) to £368,884 (€386,264). Properties can be reserved for a maximum of 14 days via an initial refundable holding deposit of £2000 or €3000 allowing time to either visit Mediterrania Saïdia or to buy site unseen. On exchange of contracts 20% of the purchase price is payable (less the initial holding deposit), then a second payment of 20% is due when construction commences (anticipated mid 2008), and the remaining balance of 60% is due on completion, estimated for mid 2010.

Trips run every Friday and involves the client flying to Malaga on a Thursday, staying overnight in a hotel near to Malaga airport whereby on the Friday morning, a representative from Our Client will collect you and take you by private plane, with the developer to Saidia, landing in Oujda. The day includes touring round the site, seeing show apartments/villas, the marina, the beach, the medina and then a Moroccan lunch before flying back early evening to Malaga. Clients who do not wish to reserve beforehand are charged 300 euros per person for the Friday trip but you if proceed with a purchase will be refunded the cost, as well as refunded the cost of 2 nights hotel accommodation.
