Malta property prices increase year-on-year

Malta’s property market continues to perform robustly, with average property prices appreciating strongly in the year to March 2008, according the National Statistics Office.
The figures on the All-Property Price Index are based on the prices of apartments, maisonettes and terraced houses.
The average price of apartments in Malta appreciated by 8.62% during the period in question, while maisonettes went up 7.11% and terraced houses by 11.46%.
